We used the Focus Four protocal to establish our PLC goal. Following are the four goals in order of implementation.

Our Goals are:

  • To raise awareness of ACHIEVER and explore where teachers are on the road to 21st Century Instruction.
  • To comprehensively integrate technology tools to develop ACHIEVER skills and explore the use of the tools across the skills.
  • To inspire change in attitudes and beliefs of teachers towards the 21st century classroom, teacher, and learner.
  • To develop teacher's ability to use technology and develop highly skilled team members.
  • Scope and sequence of technology.

Next Steps: Create and post potential survey questions for teachers/LRTs concerning 21st Century ACHIEVER model.
