Literacy Assessment Interpretation and Use

•  This spreadsheet can be used to compile results of the CORE Phonics Survey. It contains conditional formating to identify students above 80%, between 80% and 60%, and below 60%. There is also the capability to sout by any of the columns(sub-assessments).

CSAP Logistics

Our AP, Corry Morgan, works hard to organize the schedules for us.   First, grade-level teams agree upon when they will take each section of the test.  (Specials and recess impact the schedule.)  Proctors are assigned to each classroom.  The proctors are selected based upon their familiarily with the students & the student accommodations needs.  Then, an accommodations schedule is created.  I am attaching our March testing calendar from last year and one of our accommodations schedules.  -Jan Schneider
